Production process
The frame of the machine is welded with 350H steel. After the welding is completed, the surface of the frame is sanded and derusted, and finally painted, which can enhance the durability of the paint and ensure the quality and service life of the machine.
The rollers of the machine are made of 45# steel. After polishing and electroplating, the rollers have high quality, wear resistance and long service life.
The shafts of the machine are all 70-75 mm solid shafts. Each shaft will be quenched and tempered, and the surface will be processed to ensure the accuracy of the machine.
The spacers and other accessories of the machine are all strictly processed, and the material is thickened.
